Your First Visit
What to expect

For your first visit, please arrive a half hour before your scheduled appointment to complete new patient registration forms. New patient visits range from 30-60 minutes. Your visit will include the following:

  • Check in by using our iPad kiosk. Our staff at the front desk will review your paperwork and scan your insurance cards. You will then be asked to have a seat in our waiting room

  • One of our friendly nurses will call and escort you to an exam room where you will meet your physician

  • If your physician placed an order for labs, you will be escorted to our laboratory. If no labs are placed, then you can proceed to check out where you will be given your next appointment

What to bring

  • Insurance cards

  • Prescription cards

  • List of medications for the nurse with doses and start dates

  • New patient registration forms, if completed

DIRECTIONS

Local Directions: From Dunmore Corners (Blakely St. & Drinker St.), travel east on E. Drinker St. for 1 mile. Just before the highway (I-81), turn right at the light onto Meade St. The office is 2/10 of a mile on the right.

From I-81 North: Get off at Exit 186 (Dunmore/Drinker St.). At the stop sign, turn left onto E. Drinker. St. and cross over the highway. Take the second left turn (immediately after I-81 South entrance ramp) at the light onto Meade St. The office is 2/10 of a mile on the right.

From I-81 South: Get off at Exit 188 (Dunmore/Throop) and stay right towards Dunmore, Rt. 347 South. Merge onto Rt. 347 South and proceed 6/10 of a mile to the third traffic light. This is Dunmore Corners. Turn left onto E. Drinker St. and follow local directions listed above.

From I-380 North/I-84 West: Get off at Exit 1 (Tigue St.). At the stop sign, turn left and proceed 2/10 of a mile. Turn right onto E. Drinker St. Continue 7/10 of a mile. Just after you cross over the highway (immediately after I-81 South entrance ramp), turn left at the light onto Meade St. The office is 2/10 of a mile on your right.

From Route 6 West (Gov. Robert P. Casey Hwy.): Follow signs to I-84 East/380 South (Mt. Pocono/Milford). Take Exit 1 (Tigue St.). At the stop sign, turn right. Turn right again at the next stop sign onto E. Drinker St. Continue 7/10 of a mile. Just after you cross over the highway (immediately afterI-81 South entrance ramp), turn left at the light onto Meade St. The office is 2/10 of a mile on your right.
