Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Works independently and collaborative to coordinate the day-to-day operations of the chemo infusion unit, development of short and long-term goals. Responsible for recruitment and retention initiatives, performance evaluations, performance improvement plans, and disciplinary actions. Overall responsibility for chemo infusion treatment scheduling overseeing chemo scheduler. Provides direct patient care in regards to chemotherapy as necessary. Assists with and responsible for nursing portion of current quality programs (i.e. Quality Oncology Practice Initiative, etc.).
Education and/or Experience

Bachelors of Science in Nursing, preferred

Valid RN license issued by the State of Pennsylvania

Oncology Nurse certification, required

Minimum of three to five years of nursing experience required, with prior experience in oncology, preferred.

Three to five years of prior supervisory/team lead experience, required
