IT Help Desk (part time)

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Respond to user requests for support and resolve problems

  • Prioritize critical issues and escalate issues to appropriate team members while using strong problem solving skills in a fast paced environment and maintain a positive attitude.

  • Provide support to staff in person and over the phone.

  • Document process and solutions

  • Maintains patient confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.

  • Participate in IT projects as assigned.

Requirements
  • Associates Degree in Computer Science, Information Technologies, or related field, or and equivalent combination of experience, education, and training.

  • Prior customer support service role

  • Experience with Help Desk system and customer service workflow

  • Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule as needed.
