IT Help Desk (part time)
Duties and Responsibilities

Respond to user requests for support and resolve problems

Prioritize critical issues and escalate issues to appropriate team members while using strong problem solving skills in a fast paced environment and maintain a positive attitude.

Provide support to staff in person and over the phone.

Document process and solutions
-
Maintains patient confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.

Participate in IT projects as assigned.
Requirements
-
Associates Degree in Computer Science, Information Technologies, or related field, or and equivalent combination of experience, education, and training.

Prior customer support service role
-
Experience with Help Desk system and customer service workflow
-
Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

Ability to work a flexible schedule as needed.
